SFA-Approved Kitchen Exhaust Air Cleaner

This air cleaner is specially designed and certified by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) to meet strict environmental and hygiene standards. It removes grease particles, smoke, and odor from kitchen exhaust before releasing the air outside. The system typically includes multi-stage filtration—electrostatic filters, activated carbon filters, and UV-C ozone lamps—to ensure maximum purification. It helps restaurants and food courts maintain clean surroundings, reduce complaints from neighbors, and comply with government regulations.

UV-C Ozone Lamp

UV-C ozone lamps are powerful tools for air disinfection and odor control. Installed inside ducts or air cleaner units, they emit ultraviolet light that breaks down bacteria, viruses, and organic compounds. The ozone generated helps neutralize stubborn kitchen odors and enhances the overall hygiene of the exhaust system. These lamps are especially useful in high-volume kitchens where smoke and grease are constant challenges.

Electrostatic Air Cleaner

Electrostatic air cleaners use high-voltage electrostatic plates to capture fine grease particles, smoke, and dust from the kitchen exhaust. As air passes through the unit, particles are charged and trapped on collector plates, which are washable and reusable. These cleaners are energy-efficient, low-maintenance, and highly effective in reducing airborne contaminants. They are often used as the first stage in multi-layer filtration systems.

Activated Carbon Filter

Activated carbon filters are essential for removing odors and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from kitchen exhaust. The porous carbon material absorbs chemical fumes and lingering smells that electrostatic filters cannot capture. These filters are typically placed after the electrostatic stage and before air discharge. They help maintain a pleasant environment for both kitchen staff and surrounding areas

Electrical Control Panel

Our custom-built electrical control panels are the brain of your kitchen exhaust system. They manage fan speed, lighting, fire suppression activation, and system monitoring. Each panel is designed according to your kitchen’s layout and operational needs, and includes safety features like overload protection, emergency shut-off, and programmable timers. Built to meet Singapore’s electrical standards, these panels ensure safe and centralized control of all ventilation components.

Variable Speed Drive (VSD)

Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) allow kitchen exhaust fans to operate at adjustable speeds based on cooking intensity. This means the system can run at full power during peak hours and reduce speed during idle times—saving energy and reducing wear on equipment. VSDs also help minimize noise and improve airflow control. They are ideal for kitchens with fluctuating workloads and are compatible with most commercial fan systems.

Flexible / Rigid Ducts

Ducts are the pathways that carry exhaust air from the hood to the external outlet. Flexible ducts are easy to install in tight or complex spaces, while rigid ducts offer durability and better airflow. We fabricate both types using stainless steel or aluminum, depending on your kitchen’s needs. All ducts are designed to handle high-temperature, grease-laden air and are sealed to prevent leakage and contamination.

Fire-Rated Duct

Fire-rated ducts are specially insulated and tested to resist the spread of fire through the exhaust system. These ducts are mandatory in many commercial kitchens under FSSD regulations. They are built with fire-resistant materials and coatings that can withstand extreme heat for extended periods. Installing fire-rated ducts enhances kitchen safety and ensures compliance with fire codes.

Fire Suppression System

Our fire suppression systems are designed to automatically detect and extinguish fires in commercial kitchens. Installed above cooking appliances, these systems use wet chemical agents that cool flames and prevent re-ignition. They are connected to control panels and can be manually or automatically activated. We provide complete design, installation, testing, and certification services in accordance with FSSD guidelines. Regular maintenance ensures the system remains ready to protect lives and property.

Kitchen Exhaust Fan / MV Fan

Kitchen exhaust fans, also known as MV (Mechanical Ventilation) fans, are responsible for extracting hot air, smoke, and grease from the cooking area. Our fans are built for continuous operation, high airflow capacity, and low noise. They are corrosion-resistant and compatible with VSDs for adjustable performance. Proper fan selection and installation are critical for maintaining air quality and system efficiency.

Kitchen Exhaust Fan Motor / Electric Motor

The motor is the driving force behind your exhaust fan. We supply high-efficiency electric motors that are durable, low-maintenance, and suitable for high-temperature environments. Options include single-phase and three-phase motors, depending on your system’s power requirements. Our motors are selected for reliability and long-term performance in demanding kitchen conditions

Kitchen Exhaust System

A complete kitchen exhaust system includes hoods, ducts, fans, filters, control panels, and fire suppression units—all working together to remove smoke, heat, grease, and odors from the cooking area. Our systems are custom-designed to fit your kitchen layout and cooking style. We ensure full compliance with SFA and FSSD standards, delivering safe, efficient, and long-lasting ventilation solutions. From fabrication to installation and maintenance, we provide end-to-end support for your kitchen’s air management needs.
